Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.30-10-generic
After upgrading the kernel, I was forced to use 2.6.30-9, because when I try to
boot 2.6.30-10 I get a blank screen.
Strangely, Alt+Stamp+[S-U-S-B] (Emergency Sync, Umount, Sync and reBoot) works.
It seems to me that dmesg is somehow hidden from boot.
