Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
Description:
When charging the battery, the battery picture (with Appearance set to Expended
view) does not display the amount of battery life, but instead, displays the
amount of time before being charged. ASCII art view:
[_______XX] 0:11
As the battery charged, the display goes to red until it is fully
charged (which looks like it is out of power, not full).
I believe there is a reversal of logic behind the display of the batter
when on A/C power (charging), and should be fixed.
The 'About' says "HAL backend enabled", but 'Credits' does not have a
star next to Ryan's name. I believe it is actually using ACPI.
