Public bug reported:
When I install libdc1394-13-dev, it doesn't install the header file
dc1394_vendor_avt.h in /usr/include/libdc1394, which is a bit of a
problem since recent versions of Camwire must have this header. The
header file is in the tarball release, just never gets copied.
