manzur, thanks for the video. It confirms my assumption. With the blur
/surface-cache, meant to land in notify-osd by the time Karmic hits,
this should be solved. Apart form that, "spam-protection" in the queue-
handling of notify-osd will also help ease the flood of these feedback-
notifications (also called synchronous notifications).
