Unfortunately this bug does not qualify for a stable release update so I
am declining the nominations. Please refer to

Additionally, if this driver will benefit the entire kernel community as
a whole, the Ubuntu kernel team prefers for this to go upstream first
before pulling it into the Ubuntu kernel. Do you know if this driver
has been submitted upstream? I imagine it would be a candidate for
inclusion into the upstream staging directory. For now I'm marking this
as Won't Fix until this is merged upstream. Thanks.
