My motherboard came with additional USB ports that may be connected
optionally. I removed it on the 19th after reading the above posts, and
I have not had any problems since. While I'd like to give it a bit more
time, it does seem to hint at a hardware issue. When I have the time I
will attempt to see if it is simply the USB header on the motherboard
that is causing the problem, or if the problem occurs regardless of
which header it is connected to.

I do still have my case's USB ports connected to the motherboard without
problems. For those who do have USB ports on their case (or any other
external USB ports), try disconnecting them and see if it resolves the
issue. If so, try connecting it to a different header. Seeing as how
this problem occurred daily for myself, this is a huge improvement. I
haven't had to reboot since.
