After installing Jaunty updates of xserver-xorg-video-intel on my laptop
Compiz starts working fine and I don't seen any other problems instead
- of X crashing on resuming after suspend.

Also I found /var/log/gdm/:0.log file that has been created right after
resume, it contain:

+ Also I have in my xorg.conf: Option "AccelMethod" "uxa" for my video
+ device, because it really increases perfomance.
