* Merge from debian-multimedia, Ubuntu remaining changes:
- debian/control:
+ Depends on ogmtools.
+ s/rar-2.80/rar in Suggests field.
- debian/patches/:
+ series: Don't apply 01_Config.pm.patch, Ubuntu uses rar.
+ 02_fix_desktop_file.patch:
- HIGify comment.
- Adjust to show that dvdrip is a dvd ripping program not a dvd
copying program.
- Remove Encoding field as-per-spec.
* The application is written in Perl and it's architecture independent,
modify debian/{control,rules} according with that.
* debian/control:
- Suggests on vorbis-tools and libxvidcore4 (LP: #121910, LP: #373946).
