Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: eagle

This bug was sent manually, but the text was written to a template, as I
have several similar bugs to report today. Please see my recent bug
reports for a list, or bug #391165 for the root cause.

Version 5.4.0-2ubuntu1 of eagle has a backslash at the end of the
line(s) in the "Build-Dependencies" section of debian/control. There
shouldn't be a backslash in the area(s) marked by ***asterisks***:

Build-Depends: libc6-dev-i386 [amd64], debhelper, libxi6 [i386], ***\***
 ia32-libs [amd64], libxrandr2 [i386], libxcursor1 [i386], libxft2 [i386],
***\***
 libxfixes3 [i386], libpng12-0 [i386], libjpeg62 [i386]

This is currently allowed because of bug #391165. However, eagle will
fail to build once that bug has been fixed. This bug can be fixed by
removing all end-of-line backslashes.

** Affects: eagle (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
