After updating to 185.18.14 there is no notable changes to the previously reported symptoms. The repaint problems in the help viewer for Bookmarkbridge are as bad if not slightly worse compared to the earlier test. And Keepassx is currently not exhibiting any symptoms, as before.
However, I'm now seeing a new problem since this driver update. I had MythTV front-end playing back a video in a window while restoring a Firefox session. At some point during the session restore, the color in the video shifted (faces turned blue, for example).
