Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
I have changed lid_ac and lid_battery in gconf-editor (under apps>gnome-
power-manager>buttons) to nothing.
When i press my power button (wich is configured to suspend) or choose suspend
from the shutdown menu,
the laptop suspends, but if i then close the lid, the laptops wakes up again.
Seems that the "close lid action" is triggering to power on.
And I have not found were to disable "wake up on lid open" under
System>preferences>power management or in gconf-editor.
I expect nothing to happen, when I open or close the lid at any time.
Realease: Ubuntu 9.04
Hardware: Fujitsu Siemens Amilo si 2636, Intel 965 GM.
** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu)
