Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: sysvinit
configuration on EEEpc 700 4G (701) ubunu jaunty netbook-remix:
$ mount
/dev/sda1 on / type ext2 (rw,relatime,errors=remount-ro)
/dev/sdb1 on /home type ext2 (rw,relatime)
[...]
sdb1 is a removable SD-card on the EEEpc.
# /etc/init.d/umoutfs stop works when called by hand: sdb1 is unmounted, but:
when halting or rebooting (telinit 0 or 6) sdb1 is not umounted.
result:
sdb1 is fsck-ized at each boot time.
If one umounts sdb1 by hand then halt, reboot works without fsck-ing
sdb1.
asking for more info welcomed to fix the bug.
