Public bug reported:
locale -k LC_TIME|grep first_weekday
first_weekday=1
but for Ukraine it must be first_weekday=2, not as if I live in USA. This is
for locale ru_UA.UTF-8. When locale is ru_RU.UTF-8 everything is O.K. This
makes that at Clock applet my week begin from sunday, but it is wrong for my
time zone Europe/Kiev
