It is possible, but unless you find a developer to do it, it ain't gonna
happen :|

Doing it yourself:
apt-get build-deps kdepim
apt-get source kdepim
apply the changes from 
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdepim/kalarm/kalarmapp.cpp?r1=978880&r2=978879&pathrev=978880
dch -i (that should open an editor to edit the package's changelog)
dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc

In any case the status is fix committed ;-) For Jaunty it would need a
nomination, which is only valid if there is a debdiff attached to this
bug... so really before we can start the stable release update process
we need to have a package diff at hand.
