Well, the result is even odder than trying those commands... Any text that is supposed to be brightly colered (but isn't at first) suddenly has the right colors after executing the first command but most of the text has become unreadable (lots of unusual characters (with accents/cyrilic.) The second command returns the text to normal, but the dark colors are back as well. Even wierder: after executing and then closing Midnight Commander, the terminal seems to act the way it should. Proper text and colors. (Midnight Commander also looks the way it should, but not before executing those setfont commands.)
