I am using OpenOffice.Org 3.0.1 OOO300m15(build 9379). In the Word Processor, options for Increase Font and Reduce Font are available in Tools->Customise->Keyboard->Increase Font and Reduce Font. However, the same are not available in the above version of OpenOffice.Org Presentation. Please look into this. It has a big impact on the output when a large number of slides with varying size of different fonts are to be prepared.
