@Leann Ogasawara

Only change with the new lbm_cw_mac80211 module and kernel 2.6.28-13,
was that I can't even get a connection with ath5k now. And still no led
activity when the connection is in progress. "nm-tool" do list all
broadcasting SSID's, so the card and driver is alive.

How was it testet:
I reinstalled a box, applied all updates as of 30.06.09 from main including
kernel 2.6.28-13-generic. (sudo apt-get update | apt-get dist-upgrade).
Installed linux-backports-modules-jaunty (2.6.28-13 generic) and rebooted. The
ahteros modules now loaded was:
m...@32bit:~$ lsmod | grep -i ath
ath5k                           126468  0
lbm_cw_mac80211      227492 1  ath5k
lbm_cw_cfg80211        73760   2  ath5k,lbm_cw_mac80211
led_class                      12036   2  ath5k,thinkpad_acpi

BTW Reverting to ath_pci by blacklisting the ath5 module and adding the
dev.wifi0.ledpin=1 I was able to connect.
(Seems an other LP bug #338745 for Easy Peasy is a similar problem for Atheros
AR242x chipset, and where a fix has been comittet).
