I'm in the middle of performing a dist-upgrade from intrepid to jaunty,
and I got the same error as the OP. I did a "sudo apt-get install
libkipi-common", and everything else continued to install as normal
(skipping libkipi0, apparently), but libkipi0 still won't install.
Here's an excerpt from my console:
