Hi Daniel, Thanks very much for checking this bug with the latest Edgy LiveCD. I need the following information from you, collected using the latest Edgy LiveCD:
1. Architecture of the machine (please confirm that it's a 32-bit Intel machine). Providing the output of "uname -a" would be perfect. 2. Please run "dmesg > dmesg.log" and attach the file "dmesg.log" to this bug. 3. Please run "lspci -vv > lspci-vv.log" and attach the file "lspci-vv.log" to this bug. 4. Please run "lspci -vvn > lspci-vvn.log" and attach the file "lspci-vvn.log" to this bug. Note that the above are the requirements of the Ubuntu kernel team (see here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelProblems). As soon as you provide this information, I'll refer the issue to the Ubuntu Kernel Team, storage group (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-kernel-storage).
