I second this. I need it to work around Bug#293213. I'm sorry, but I'm happy I haven't tried to upgrade directly (I'm still using 7.10). Only to get my keyboard working again I have to investigate and work around three bugs... and there is much more to get working... there were times Ubuntu worked out of the box...
