tentatively acked after dicussion in #ubuntu-desktop meeting. in general
i dont like having two browsers in the main install. It puts extra load
on the security team - which could be avoided if there is no technical
reason for it (which seems to be the case here). However, we need to
support webkit anyway, so arora isn't a problem. But please consider
that getting rid of khtml would definitely remove a big security target,
so please make konqueror a universe package not installed by default.
