I fixed the problem finally. I had to call the "seahorse" program (which
is the keyring manager in gnome) so I had to delete the "login" password
in the keyring. Then I went to empathy, saved my gtalk password and the
keyring asked me to put new password for the keyring.

Anyway, I'm still thinking that Empathy should allow not store the password 
using any keyring. Or at least call the default keyring, like kwallet for 
kubuntu.
