I fixed the problem finally. I had to call the "seahorse" program (which is the keyring manager in gnome) so I had to delete the "login" password in the keyring. Then I went to empathy, saved my gtalk password and the keyring asked me to put new password for the keyring.
Anyway, I'm still thinking that Empathy should allow not store the password using any keyring. Or at least call the default keyring, like kwallet for kubuntu. Thks. -- empathy won't remember password or can't retrieve from keyring. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/359821 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
