Public bug reported:

The DVB-T stick Terratec Cinergy T USB XE (USB ID: 0ccd:0069) generates
a kernel oops with kernel 2.6.31-1-generic on insertion. This doesn't
lock the machine completely but the lsusb command doesn't work after the
kernel oops. Therefore I can't report it using ubuntu-bug. The problem
doesn't exist with the mainline kernel 2.6.31-020631rc1gc0d1117-generic
probably because the module for this Cinergy stick isn't included.

This is still better than with the previous kernel 2.6.30-10 where my
machine was simply switched off. However it is a regression compared to
Jaunty kernels where it just didn't work due to missing tuner support.

** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
