Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I added some custom keyboard shortcuts through System / Preferences /
Keyboard Shortcuts and they don't work at first time. If I reassign the
custom action to a different key and then reassign back to the key I
want, it works ok, until I reboot the computer.

The configuration is kept normally at gconf. If I go back to System /
Preferences / Keyboard Shortcuts, I see the configuration exactly the
way I left it, but it doesn't work. I have to reassign the action to
other key and reassign back again for it to work.

This is Ubuntu 9.04 with gnome-control-center 1:2.26.0-0ubuntu3. The
system was all upgraded today.

** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
