I cured the problem, now my Firefox 3.5 and 3.6 updates are coming. I deleted all of the authentication keys from the sources list and ran Oldmanuk 's script.
Then everthing worked like a charm. It seems that the script doesn't have super-cow powers, but with a little deleting first, it worked like a charm. (Thanks to Dominic Evans for that one) This is fixed in Karma I believe.
