Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 8.10

I expected the song to play as usual when I rebooted my machine today.
A week ago I used my pc and played a lot of songs normally. I haven't touched
any drivers or anything to the best of my memory, I never had a reason to
change anything at all.

Today it doesn't play anything. I can't hear any sounds.
