I'm not sure I understand what lintian warning this fixes. From what I can see dropping the misc:Depends is causing lintian errors, not fixing them:
$ lintian powersave_0.15.20-6ubuntu1_source.changes W: powersave source: debhelper-but-no-misc-depends libpowersave11 W: powersave source: debhelper-but-no-misc-depends libpowersave-dev It's a bit confusing when you've referenced two different bugs, neither of which obviously justify the matter at hand. Perhaps I'm just in need of a better explanation.
