Hi all, I run into the same bug. I found it easily to replicate as it happens always when I'm running the bittorrent client Transmission, or often when I'm on a Skype call. I guess this has to do with the network traffic generated.
To work around the issue without reboot it's possible to reload the "ipw2200" kernel module with: modprobe -r ipw2200 modprobe ipw2200 In attachment the file "debug.txt" with: 'cat /proc/meminfo', 'cat /proc/slabinfo' and 'cat /proc/zoneinfo' ** Attachment added: "'cat /proc/meminfo', 'cat /proc/slabinfo' and 'cat /proc/zoneinfo'" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/28704663/debug.txt -- ipw2200 page allocation fault - no wlan until reboot https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/363150 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
