I have it running now... 
First I tried to upgrade to X modules to Karmic, bu tafter fighting a little 
with dependencies, I moved back...

This is my configuration now:

It seems pretty stable. I can sleep and hibernate, and I have compiz
working on a dual head (Vertical dual head, since max horizontal
resolution is 2048px, and is not enought for me).

Is anyone need more information on my configuration, please ask.
