one line fix. Worked on my test environment. Looks like the original
developer forgot to put in gtk_widget_destroy (dialog);

** Description changed:

- Binary package hint: desktop-effects
+ Binary package hint: desktop-effects, gnome-control-center

  "Desktop effects" tab in System -> Parameters -> Appearance

  If you use restricted fglrx ATI driver, it displays message "Composite
  extensions not available". It's absolutely unclear where the problem is,
  and why this setting is not working. As well, when you click "ok" in the
  error message box - nothing happens. Only way to close in is to press
  [X] in the corner.

  Yes, we know, fglrx is not supported by composite extensions. It would
  be good to see message saying something like "Desktop effects not
  supported with proprietary ATI driver".
