this is done (adding /usr/share/php/<packagename> to the include_path)
in jaunty (please see https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/zend-framework/+bug/220719)
the right solution for hardy and intrepid will be to adjust the php.ini
include_path var.
