Looking at both outputs the issue is obvious. Somehow you have partitioned the extended partition larger than the disk, and this is both the physical disk size and the calculated dmraid disk size.
Notice that your extended partion ends 36482 and the disk size is only 36481? To fix this you should resize partition 7 and then the extended parition to actually fit in the drive.
