- debian/asterisk.init:
+ create /var/run/ directory if necessary and set proper permissions
- debian/asterisk.default - fix -D/-d typo in PARAMS (Closes LP#68169)
- debian/patches/ubuntu_safe_asterisk - remove bashism (Closes LP#68742)
