FIXED - HARDWARE PROBLEM
Seemed strange the USB wifi could use the Network Manager fine, but the
built-in MiniPCI seemed to be ready, just not "hearing" anything.....
Cracked open MiniPCI panel, reseated wifi card and cleaned antenna
contacts - WORKS
