The biggest obstacle currently in the way of packaging Nosefart seems to
be the lack of man pages. We'd need two man pages. One for nosefart, and
another for gnosefart. Matthew Strait, being the current upstream
maintainer of Nosefart, has indicated that he might be willing to do a
new Nosefart release including the man pages, once they have been
created.

Creating the man pages should be quite trivial work, as the available
options are explained in the command line interface. One could start by
copy/pasting them over. Then all one needs to do is look at the man
pages of a few well known pieces of software, to find out the best way
to create a man page for Nosefart. All we need is some one to do the
shoveling.
