Hello,
ubuntu 9.04 amd64 installed cleanly on amd64 PC runs very slowly.
Sometimes it runs ok, sometimes everything runs very slow - firefox, and all
other programs.
Example: after clicking Home Folder it can take over 30 seconds before
it opens.
Restarting the system does not help.
At other days it seems to work ok.
On same hardware 8.04 (or 8.10 was it) worked without any such problems
