Public bug reported:
Monitor/screen is shaking under ATI X1250 driver.

The issue is on both build-in and external VGA.
Also without connected external monitor.
Configuration:
- HP Compaq 6715b with ATI X1250 graphics controller
- build-in 1680x1050 LCD screen
- external 1680x1050 LCD monitor
- standard installation of Kubuntu 9.04 (32bit) with all updates
