Ah...I see what you mean. I had attached a debdiff from 1.4.3 to my 1.4.5...but not the diff for my 1.4.5 itself...
All I did was change the upstream version, added a changelog entry, and gave it a -0ubuntuX release number so that it could be trumped should Debian ever update their archive and a future merge then happens. Since it was in the archive as a valid package already, I decided not to do anything else.
