I think I may have figured this out.

If you go to the homepage for b43...

==> Google cache because the site is down right now.

You can see that my card (ID: 14e4:4320) should be using the b43 driver
and not the b43legacy driver.  I used...

sudo rmod b43legacy
sudo modprobe b43

and now I'm maxing out my Internet connection again.  So I think the
b43-fwcutter package is choosing the wrong driver for this card.
