This time it has happened on a regular site (no flash, no https; http://www.411mania.com/wrestling/ ). Five or six times in a row, middle clicks opened two new tabs. But directly afterwards, I was unable to reproduce the bug.
I've checked dmesg. There is nothing supicious. However, maybe the bug is (at least partially) influenced by CPU load.
