In pre-existing and updated and overwritten template
Created a placeholder from menu: <Insert><Field><Other>
tab: <Functions> selected <Placeholder><Graphics>
"Placeholder" set to "Picture"
"Reference" set to "Click here to insert pictuere"
Expect <Picture> placeholder to result in file selection window.
When clicking on<Picture> placeholder in document created.
1st time after creation, it accesses a selection window for a file.
After 1st time or saved as new template, file access blows up immediately.
If you menu: <Insert><Picture><From File..> 1st and import a picture,
the placeholder then works.
