Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mailman

edgy 64 server

postfix-to-mailman.py and qmail-to-mailman.py are not installed in
/etc/mailman but are symlinked from /usr/lib/mailman/bin/ to
/etc/mailman

they are located in /usr/share/mailman/ and can be copied to
/etc/mailman

mailman appears to work - at least qrunner starts without error messages

Steps to demonstrate issue

While instaling smartmon, this error returned

 * Starting Mailman master qrunner mailmanctl [ ok ]
