Test packages are available in my ppa for hardy (https://launchpad.net/~mrpouit/+archive/ppa/+files/xfce4-weather- plugin_0.6.2-1ubuntu1.2~test1_i386.deb for i386 and https://launchpad.net/~mrpouit/+archive/ppa/+files/xfce4-weather- plugin_0.6.2-1ubuntu1.2~test1_amd64.deb for amd64). Could you test and report?
