gnome-media volume control applet 2.26.1
When you move the mouse on the applet and scroll up and down, everything
works as expected. Scrolling up increases the volume, scrolling down
decreases it. But when you open it (left click) and move the mouse above
the slider the behaviour is inverted.
This is problem is different from bug #314966 (which is closed anyway).
