At least the possibility to use KDE application gave me the oportunity to test if the problem was linked to the graphical effect and so to a new bug in intel driver but it doesn't seems. I remove the option so no more effect and the desktop was unresponsive some second after the start. So this time is doesn't seem to be intel driver fault. I would have love to send a bug report made by apport (it asked me if I want to send a problem with kdeinit) but as I do have a problem with dpkg which refuse to upgrade apport refuse to send the different informations that could have been useful for people in charge.
