Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

Update Manager shows the following in the Changes pane for today's Java update:
---
Version 6-14-0ubuntu1.9.04:

  * New upstream version. LP: #382918.
    Release notes at http://java.sun.com/javase/6/webnotes/ReleaseNotes.html.
---

Clicking on the java.sun.com link takes you to
"http://java.sun.com/javase/6/webnotes/ReleaseNotes.html."; (note the
period on the end), which is 404. If you instead click on the LP link,
you'll see that Launchpad identifies the link correctly.
