Mark, I ran the command with the following results:
l...@lynn-linux:~$ sudo apt-get install -f [sudo] password for lynn: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required: linux-headers-2.6.28-11 linux-headers-2.6.28-11-generic Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them. 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 4 not upgraded. l...@lynn-linux:~$ This did not fix the problem. I even tried booting into the 2.6.28-11 kernal but that had no effect, either. Could it be that something is completely missing? Maybe a config file was corrupted in the hard shutdown.... Thanks! :) JC -- applet notification is not working at all... https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/399585 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
