My french is rather rusty, but from what I understand, the comment from
the original bug reporter says that he is not sure if this issue is
already fixed. The error message simply says that the package cron-apt
is already installed and configured, which I would not see as a bug in
itself.

occured during a larger system upgrade. But since no further information
is provided as to when or in which scenario this happened, I am setting
this bug to incomplete. The message that a package is already installed
does not constitute a bug in my eyes, if it is presented out of context.
