I have never been so frustrated about using my computer as I am now. I am 
absolutely unable to fix the problem myself and have no idea where to begin but 
to report it to you. This is my 4th attempt to report but I have no idea if you 
are receiving this or not. Last Dec. when this happened you took care of it in 
a matter of days and I was so impressed. Now I am not so sure. I have 
absolutely no idea how things got messed up and this is very upsetting. I am 
ready to throw away my computer and start from scratch. What can you do to
