I have ro.archive.ubuntu.com in /etc/apt/sources.list and "Software
Properties" displays "Server pentru Romania" as default package source.
I selected Romania as country and Romanian as default language when I
installed the system.
I can't reproduce your bug. Please give details about how you installed
your system.
@Adi ubuntu-l10n-ro should deal with localizations. This has nothing to
do with that, assigning to ubuntu-ro.
